Terms and Conditions
We can set up on grass, turf, pavers, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks/dirt/gravel as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. We require $20 deposit to save your date. If you need to cancel your event, we will refund your deposit or you can reschedule for any future date.
We set up the morning of your event (typically between 7am - noon) and will pick up that night once your event ends. In the case you need a special delivery time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
If your rental is being setup in a public area (park, greenbelt, front yard, etc.), it cannot be left unattended at any time. Please let us know the start and end times of your event and we will schedule delivery and pickup for shortly before and after.
One of the greatest dangers when using inflatables is wind. A strong gust of wind can pull the stakes and anchoring a bounce house out of the ground and send it flying through the air with people on it. Inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 15mph. No exceptions.
If any damage is done to the bounce house, you will be charged.
